Bounty Launches Secure Family Photo Storage And Sharing Service

A quick and easy online photo service to share with those close to you

30 July 2008

Today, 4 July 2008, Bounty, the UK’s favourite parenting club, is launching Bounty Photos, a quick and easy to use online photo service that is designed to make child’s play of securely storing family photos and sharing those pictures with friends and loved ones.

Bounty Photos is the perfect way to keep family photo albums safe and private, allowing only invited friends and family to view or share them by email. As well as providing unlimited storage, the free, fun and fast service allows users to be creative with fun photo gizmos such as adding captions, frames and messages, and creating unique albums and gifts.  Low cost prints can also be ordered through Bounty Photos.

The launch coincides with a recent poll by Bounty which shows that:

  • 3 out of 5 mums like to share photos by attaching them to emails,
  • 2 out of 5 mums store their photos on PCs or laptops, and
  • Two thirds of respondents put family photos at the top of the list of things they couldn’t live without.

After all the favourite photos have been quickly uploaded, they can be securely shared in a flash and, with the Bounty Photos’ remote storage service, unlike photos stored on PCs or laptops, photos can be kept safe and accessed anytime, anywhere, so there is no need to worry about travelling away from home without your precious photos.
