Working with the NHS

A unique relationship with Healthcare Professionals

A relationship can only last and develop positively, if it is built soundly upon trust, and that is exactly what Bounty’s Field Force have spent many years focussing upon.

This most unique relationship was born as a result of Bounty Field staff conscientiously earning the respect of both hospitals and community by following Best Practice, observing regulations and guidelines as enforced and BFIproposed by numerous official bodies, following hospital protocol, and by caring, sharing, listening to and understanding Health Professionals within the maternity arena.

Throughout numerous contact points within the maternity arena, this unique, face-to-face relationship exists and excels, giving the Bounty Field Force a direct and valuable access to Midwives and Mums within the hospitals and communities.

  • Daily, Bounty’s postnatal bedside caring Distributors communicate directly with new mums, at a life changing time. The hospital access entrusted to Bounty allows a discreet, accurate and face-to-face collection of data whilst providing mums to all the Bounty benefits.
  • The everyday contact between bedside Distributors, their Area Managers and Ward Midwives, gives Bounty the clearest insight and direct contact to ‘life at the coal face’.
  • Strong, direct, on-going relationships exist between Bounty’s Professional Relations Team, a hands-on hospital based service, and Heads of Midwifery, their Midwifery Managers and Matrons, Infant Feeding Advisors and Breastfeeding Coordinators. Alongside these our Professional Relations Managers encounter and nurture further contacts with Trust Directorates, Procurement, Finance, Supplies and Maternity Services Liaison Committees, encompassing them into their discussions with a view to enhance the role of Maternity Health Professionals.
  • This unique relationship between Bounty and hospital Midwives and Parent Education Coordinators continues through Bounty Health Network Advisors, who are also extending out into the community to Community Midwives, Health Visitors, Practice and School Nurses. A regular delivery of a neutral detailing service to these Health Professionals keeps them informed and up-to-date with brand developments, educational resources and charitable bodies.

These 4 levels of face-to-face relationships, eradicating the need for third party involvement, equate to Bounty Field Force and their services and systems, being a credible, trusted, ‘ safe ‘ choice for within the NHS. It is the thorough cross-section of our relationships and the learning that we take from those, that provide Bounty with the concise perception required in order to make a difference.
